Baby Huey parted from our world much too soon, but left us with his classic album The Baby Huey Story: The Living Legend. Produced by the venerable Curtis Mayfield, this album features funk, R&B, rock, and instrumentals; along with psychedelic sound effects and soul screams that only Baby Huey could create. This remarkable record contains remakes of songs by Sam Cooke, The Mamas & The Papas; the Curtis Mayfield songs “Hard Times” and “Mighty Mighty”; and two original Baby Huey songs. Baby Huey's music lives on with us today: his songs having been sampled by a countless number of artists from various music genres. This design was created by Edwin Fotheringham who has contributed illustration work for over 25 years to music packaging, magazines, children’s books, advertising campaigns, and tech.
