You can’t help but to shake your head in disbelief and think to yourself - bad luck and trouble.  This t-shirt’s caption comes from the song “Bad Luck And Trouble” by the legendary blues artist Lightnin’ Hopkins from his classic album Lightnin’ Hopkins, which was released in 1959.
